FREE shipping

Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery

We currently ship orders within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage and other shipping services when appropriate.

USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment, although delivery times can vary depending on your location, USPS volume, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Please keep in mind that the processing time before your order ships is separate from the carrier's delivery time.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email. You can use that tracking information to follow your package's progress.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors first. If you're still unable to locate it, contact us and we'll help however we can.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to determine the best way to proceed. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages
